Bri Welch is passionate about building connections and standing alongside her community. Shaped by her experiences as a single parent, caregiver, and disability advocate, she brings empathy and resilience to her work. With over 12 years as an ABA Registered Behavioral Therapist, she has supported children with ASD and their families while navigating complex systems. At OPTIC, Bri is committed to fostering inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where people can learn, heal, and grow together.

Rachelle Coffey is a licensed professional counselor, nonprofit founder, and organizational development leader dedicated to trauma‑responsive, culturally grounded community care. As the founder of Community Impact Counseling and the Integration for Impact Institute, and co‑founder of OPTIC Resources, she blends clinical expertise with systems‑level strategy to expand access, dignity, and stability for individuals and families. A proud member of the queer community, Rachelle leads with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to sustainable, people‑centered change.

Angela Harris is a retired Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting OPTIC’s educational mission with compassion and experience. Her background spans CBT, Client‑Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy, working with individuals and families across the lifespan. As a Clinical Educational Advisor, she offers guidance and helps develop trauma‑informed resources that reflect her deep understanding of mental health, resilience, and human behavior.
Susanne CampbellCommunications Director & Board SecretarySusanne Campbell is passionate about using communication to build connections, trust, and belonging. As Communications Director and Board Secretary for OPTIC Resources, she helps shape clear, values-driven messaging that supports the organization’s mission. With a background in community engagement and as a member of the queer community, she is dedicated to creating inclusive, affirming spaces and advancing equity. Her work helps ensure conversations around mental health, healing, and community are accessible and meaningful for all.

Board Member & Content ManagerRhi Coffey is passionate about using her voice to support mental health and build connections. As a Social Media Specialist and Board Member at OPTIC Resources, she brings a youth-centered perspective and creates content that helps people feel seen and supported. At 17, her work blends creativity and intention to foster inclusive, welcoming online spaces that encourage growth, understanding, and emotional well-being.
