Community Office Hours

OPTIC Community Office Hours A free monthly virtual drop‑in space for individuals and families seeking guidance, stabilization support, or help navigating community resources. Whether you’re coping with stress, rebuilding after crisis, or getting situated with medical or mental healthcare, OPTIC offers a supportive environment to ask questions, learn, and connect.

This space also encourages community networking, allowing attendees to meet others navigating similar challenges, share experiences, and build supportive connections.

What we cover:

  • Strategies for stabilization (no emergency services)

  • Coping + recovery skills

  • Reentry + documentation support

  • Resource navigation (housing, food, safety, mental health, neurodivergent supports)

  • Community networking + peer connection

  • Future themed sessions based on community needs

Who it’s for: Community members, families, caregivers, and anyone seeking support or direction.

Format: Open Q&A + guided education + resource mapping + community connection.
