🌟 OPTIC invites you to join us on Monday, August 4th, at the Wauwatosa Library for a transformative evening led by Angela Harris, MS, LPC, a Licensed Mental Health Provider. She will be discussing and describing differences between trauma and PSTD and how we can move forward and begin to heal.

🤝 Together, we’ll explore how trauma and PTSD impact our lives—and how healing begins with understanding.

Free resource bags available, no registration required!
