Whether you’re coping with stress, rebuilding after crisis, or getting situated with medical or mental healthcare, OPTIC offers a supportive environment to ask questions, learn, and connect.
This space also encourages community networking, allowing attendees to meet others navigating similar challenges, share experiences, and build supportive connections.

Reentry + documentation support
Resource navigation (housing, food, safety, mental health, neurodivergent supports)
